Purchase & licence terms.

Version 15 October 2026. Purchases are not yet available. These terms describe the FEED licence and the intended purchase process when sales open. No payment or pre-order is accepted through this page.

1. Who we are

FEED Audio Lab is the name used by Federico Santamaria, the software developer and licensor. Contact address: Via al Castello 12, 17057 Calizzano (SV), Italy. Email: support@feedaudiolab.com.

2. Purchases through Lemon Squeezy

When checkout is available, Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller. Your purchase transaction is with Lemon Squeezy; Federico Santamaria supplies the software licence and product support. The Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms govern that transaction. These FEED terms describe the software licence and support and do not replace those buyer terms or mandatory consumer protections.

3. Product information, price and delivery

Review the product page and checkout for the included plugin, version, formats, supported operating systems, compatibility and price before ordering. Catalogue prices are in euros and exclude applicable tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Checkout displays the applicable tax and final total before payment. These are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription charge.

Delivery is digital; no physical product is shipped. After a successful purchase, the order confirmation provides access to the purchased downloads and licence information. Use the correct email address and retain the receipt. If delivery is missing or incorrect, contact support with your order number and purchase email, without sending payment-card details.

4. Licence and activations

A purchase grants one user a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the purchased plugin version, with up to two device activations. Perpetual means the purchased licence has no scheduled subscription expiry; it does not guarantee compatibility with every future operating system or DAW. You may use the plugin for personal and commercial audio work. Your music and processed audio remain yours and may be distributed without additional FEED royalties.

Keep your licence key private. Do not share it with other users, redistribute installers as your own product, or bypass licence protection. These restrictions do not limit rights to backup copies, interoperability, transfer or other uses where applicable law grants them. Contact support for activation resets when replacing a computer.

5. Trial and compatibility

The planned trial lasts 14 days and is separate from any statutory withdrawal period. Starting a software trial does not itself authorise a purchase or recurring payment. Try the plugin with your own computer and DAW before buying. Requirements and limitations stated for the supplied release form part of the product information; trying the software does not waive consumer rights.

6. Support and updates

For installation, activation or technical issues, email support@feedaudiolab.com with the plugin version, operating system, DAW and a description of the problem. No guaranteed response time is offered. Updates required by applicable law, including those necessary to maintain conformity, remain covered. No promise of free future major versions or unlimited support for future platforms is made.

7. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EU consumer, a distance purchase normally carries a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of this right requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss and contract confirmation. Merely reading this page, using a trial or purchasing a digital product does not by itself waive that right.

Where a withdrawal right applies, notify Lemon Squeezy through the purchase receipt or its support channel before the deadline. You may also contact FEED for assistance. An unequivocal statement is sufficient; for example: “I withdraw from my purchase of [product], order [number], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Purchase email: [email]. Address: [address]. Notice date: [date].” The example is optional.

For a failed delivery, duplicate charge or technical problem, contact us or Lemon Squeezy promptly. Statutory refunds and remedies remain available. Additional discretionary refund requests are assessed individually under the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms; this page does not promise an unconditional money-back period. A trial does not replace statutory remedies.

8. Faulty or non-conforming digital content

Mandatory consumer rights concerning supply, conformity, required updates and remedies are preserved. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, these may include bringing the content into conformity without charge, a proportionate price reduction or termination and reimbursement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to give up rights against the merchant of record.

9. Order recovery and privacy

No separate FEED website account is required. Use Lemon Squeezy My Orders with the purchase email to recover available order information and downloads. 10. Applicable law and changes

Italian law governs the FEED licence to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumers retain mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available in their country of habitual residence. The transaction with Lemon Squeezy is also subject to its buyer terms, without overriding mandatory consumer rights. No exclusive court is imposed on consumers by these FEED terms.

The terms presented for an order apply to that order; later revisions do not retrospectively reduce acquired rights. You may save or print this page. Changes to website content do not alter the licence already purchased.
