Your data, explained.

Visiting the site

Technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time may be processed by the hosting and security services to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. The purpose is reliable, secure website operation, based on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure and domain services. Their processing and retention are described in the OpenAI European privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. FEED does not operate a visitor analytics database.

Email support

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the message and attachments. We use these to respond to your enquiry, based on steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering other correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a reply address to answer.

Support mail is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to Google Gmail. These providers process the message to deliver and store it. See Google’s privacy policy. Correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to resolve the request and relevant follow-up; records needed for a legal obligation or a dispute may be retained for that purpose. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or full licence keys.

Cookies and tracking

FEED has not added advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, embedded media, external web fonts or browser-storage features to these pages. The hosting or security providers may use technical cookies or similar measures needed to operate and protect the service. External links load their destination’s services only when you follow them.

Orders and licences

Sales and public software downloads are not open on this site. The purchase-recovery link opens Lemon Squeezy, which handles the information you submit there under its privacy policy. This notice will be updated with the actual purchase and licence processing before sales open. No payment details are collected by these website pages.

Recipients and international processing

Information is shared with the service providers above as needed for hosting, security and email delivery, and with competent authorities where legally required. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards and transfer arrangements are described in their linked privacy information. You may contact us for further information about the providers used for your request.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. FEED does not use your correspondence for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or your local supervisory authority. Contact support@feedaudiolab.com for requests about FEED processing. For information held independently by an external service, its own contact channels are also available.
